This May Save You Some Embarrassment…

I wish I had thought before I spoke a MILLION times in my life… O.K. maybe not that much. But, you get the dramatized version of the point.

More often than not, you will not say what you just thought about saying, because you run it over enough times in your mind that it doesn’t sound as good as you thought it would… personal experience.

So, with that in mind,

  1. Very true words. It’s so much easier to just speak and think later. Actually, I often have the problem of thinking while I’m speaking… Which doesn’t really work well either. If we take every thought captive, it will surely help taking every word captive too! ๐Ÿ™‚

  2. That’s really good. I always have trouble saying the right things.
Btw, I have a private blog, and was wondering if you girls’d like an invite to it. If you’d like one, then email your email address to me at jemmadave(at)gmail(dot)com
    Thanks. God bless.

  3. Very wise, this is. *Yoda voice* ๐Ÿ˜€ The “run it through your mind a million times and it still not sound good out loud” thing has happened to me a lot… there nothing like feeling confident about something you’re about to say and it sounding awkwardly foreign when it actually comes out. Blaw. ๐Ÿ˜€
